PURPOSE: To move ions without electric discharge by moving anions and cations or charged particles in magnetic fields by making a three-phase half-wave rectified alternating current having a 120° phase difference to flow to coils or electromagnets arranged so that the directions of the magnetic fields formed by the coils or electromagnets can become parallel with each other.
CONSTITUTION: A great number of three sets of coils or electromagnets arranged so that the magnetic fields produced by the coils or electromagnets can become parallel with each other are arranged in directions (a), (b), and (c). Then the magnetic fields are moved in the directions (a), (b), and (c) in the described order by making a three-phase half-wave rectified alternating current having a 120° phase difference against the directions (a), (b), and (c) to flow to the coils or electromagnets after magnetically shielding the outer periphery of the coils or electromagnets in an annular state so as to move anions and cations or charged particles in a tube in the magnetic fields. Therefore, the ions can be moved without producing any gas, etc., or precipitating ions.
