Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve productivity while ameliorating quality by a method wherein a plurality of the first cylindrical fingers are fixed vertically on the surface of a disk and the second finger at the inside, and a pin, a nose thereof is formed taperlingly, is held in a shape that is movable fore and aft. CONSTITUTION:The first cylindrical fingers 10, plural number thereof is made one group, are mounted and fixed on the surface of the disk 8, to a central section of the back thereof a grip 9 is attached, along the circumferential direction at proper intervals in the vertical direction, and the second cylindrical fingers 11, which correspond to each group and a diameter thereof is smaller than the first fingers 10, are mounted and fixed. Pin inserting holes 12 are formed to sections inner than the end surfaces of the noses of each finger 10, 11, and springs 13 are inserted into the inserting holes 12 while the pins 14, the noses thereof are shaped taperlingly, are inserted against the elastic force of the springs 13. Accordingly, productivity and quality can be improved without damaging an insulating film of the coil.
