To provide an antirolling and levitation apparatus which is provided with various auxiliary pieces of equipment inside and outside an onboard air pressure tank and a ballast tank for vertical and horizontal antirolling and levitation for large and small ships.

An outboard trim hydrofoil apparatus and the onboard air pressure tank 16 of a hydrofoil plate 1a of an onboard tank are a ship levitation apparatus for vertical and horizontal antirolling and air pressure sealing. The onboard air pressure tank 16 of the head communicates with the stem. A ship body air pressure levitation apparatus, an onboard communicating pipe water jet, a tank hydrofoil, and a vertical and horizontal antirolling device are combined, and the ballast tank has the same structure. An up and down apparatus E is a screw propulsion apparatus corresponding to levitating large and small ships. Accordingly, the hydrofoil and the air pressure tank apparatus improve performance of levitation, vertical and horizontal antirolling and speed-up.
