Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ship assignment plan creation method, an iron mill operation method, and a ship assignment plan creation device capable of creating a ship assignment schedule in consideration of both of stable supply of raw material to a plurality of unloading sites over the whole period of a plan object and minimization of a transportation cost.SOLUTION: A ship assignment plan creation method reads a database from data including attribute information and the like of a ship, determines an unloading site and an unloading amount at each unloading site, and determines a ship assignment schedule by simulating the navigation of the ship using an unloading plan and situation information of the ship. The unloading plan is changed based on a simulation result of the determined ship assignment schedule, and the simulation is executed again using the changed unloading plan and the situation information of the ship, and the unloading plan is updated to the plan subsequent to the change of the unloading plan when the changed unloading plan is better than the unloading plan prior to the change.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
