To provide a ship performance evaluation/provision system capable of evaluating performance of a ship so as to provide it to a user of the ship as well.SOLUTION: A ship performance evaluation/provision system as a system which evaluates performance of a ship so as to provide it includes: condition input means 10 for inputting ship conditions and evaluation information conditions to request performance evaluation of a ship as an evaluation object; evaluation means 20 for evaluating the ship in an actual sea area on the basis of the ship conditions and the evaluation information conditions; and evaluation result provision means 30 for providing an evaluation result 40 obtained by using the evaluation means 20 to a client 1 who has made the request.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
