There are included a hull that is provided with the moon pool 30, a ship bottom cover 60, and a crane 40 that operates the ship bottom cover 60 provided so that the moon pool 30 can open/close a ship bottom opening 31 opened in a ship bottom 21. When the ship bottom opening 31 is closed with the ship bottom cover 60, undersurfaces 61b and 62b of the ship bottom cover 60 are flush with a surface of the ship bottom 21, so as to prevent the jacking resistance from being increased because a stream of water directed toward the stern from the bow along the ship bottom 21 gets into the moon pool 30.
