SOLUTION: Cutout stepped parts 17a, 17b are provided extending over the substantially whole length from a bow 12 to a stern 13, or from the bow 12 to the substantially central part of the ship's body at both corner parts 17a, 17b connecting an upper deck 14-1 of the ship's body 11 and both outboard parts 16a, 16b.
