Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SHIP1 modulator and a method related thereto.SOLUTION: There is a compound represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The compound represented by formula (I) has activity as an SHIP1 modulator, and can be used for treating any one of various diseases, disorders or states receiving benefit by adjustment of the SHIP1. There are also provided a composition containing the compound represented by formula (I) in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent, and a method for adjusting the SHIP1 by administration to animals in need thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None
