The carrying roller 56 group is pivotally disposed on a moving delivery frame 57. The moving delivery frame 57 is rotatably mounted in a nearly horizontal delivery work state and in an erected storing state centering around a roller rotating shaft 54 of the delivery end roller 52 latched by the carrying belt 35.
