Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate the shipment of band plate parts.
SOLUTION: Refrigerant tubes W raised are carried by screw conveyors 3 onto tables 2 until they are piled up in a preset number against stops 7, when a tray lifter 13 raises a tray 11 so that it catches the pile of refrigerant tubes W from the tables 2 and further raises it until it is held on tray catchers 22. When the trays 11 are stacked in a preset number on the tray catchers 22, the tray lifter 13 lifts them to a shipment height position whereat they are pushed on by a tray pusher to a tray delivery position.
