In a shipping adjusting device for product such as a leek, etc., a bucket 4 for placing a product such as a leek thereon is placed rotatably between a mounting position in a transverse direction and an abandoning position in a lower vertical direction. At the front and back sides of the bucket 4 at the mounting position, a binding arm 21 for carrying the adhesive tape 22 of a binding device 20 and an application mount 23 for applying and cutting the end of the adhesive tape 22 carried by the arm 21 are provided.
