Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent illegibility from occurring to destination data, and to quickly deal with changes of destinations by a method wherein a host computer is installed, and destination data are sent respectively to every count stacking mechanism constituting a bundle preparing line and a destination data printing and transfer mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: Each of count stacking mechanisms 40 counts, based on destination data sent from a host computer 10, the number of copies of gathered substances in a single kind and prepares bundles classified by destinations. The destination data printing and transfer mechanism 50 prepares, in parallel with operation of the count stacking mechanisms 40 for preparation of the classified bundles, printing of the destination data and transfer of the printed destination date to each of shipment bundles comprising the classified bundles in a plurality of kinds through a plurality of count stacking mechanisms 40. In the case where the number of kinds of the gagthered substances for which the shipment bundles are to be made is larger than the number of count stacking mechanisms 40 constituting a group of count stackers in a single kind, a bundle preparing line is constructed of a plurality of count stacker groups, and thereby shipment bundles can be made out of gathered substances in many kinds.
