To provide a visual management system for shipping operation capable of establishing one-dimensional management by making visible the vehicle arrangement and the wharf work situation when the products are to be loaded in a ship.

The visual management system 10 for the shipping operation is equipped with an operating wharf managing facility 11 to perform management of the products shipping task, make a movement display for a large transport vehicle 14, and grasp the situation of transport pallets 12 on which products are stacked, a moving condition managing facility 62 to inform the operating wharf managing facility 11 of the position information of the large transport vehicle 14, and an at-wharf work situation confirming facility 18 to conform the loading operations for the vessel 17, wherein the moving condition managing facility 62 has a position displaying means 32 to display the position of the pallet 12 and the large transport vehicle 14 on a map, while the at-wharf work situation confirming facility 18 has a loading work situation grasping means 41 to transmit the image of the loading operation, an image displaying means 42 to display the image, and a loading operation instructing means 43 to give notice and/or instruction for the loading operation.
