Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the title healthy dipped Coliolus mushroom sauce relatively reduced in seasoning such as salt, sugar or soy sauce by dipping Coliolus mushroom into SHOCHU (Japanese distilled spirits).

CONSTITUTION: Coliolus mushroom of an amount of 1/4 to 1/2 based on SHOCHU (Japanese distilled spirits) is prepared and washed with water and finely cut and dipped in SHOCHU by pouring SHOCHU into it to provide the aimed dipped Coliolus mushroom sauce.
