In the shock absorber arrangement which is provided with a shock absorber D which is provided with a cylinder 1 and a rod 2 movably inserted into the cylinder 1, a coil spring S inside which the shock absorber D is disposed and which urges the shock absorber D in extension direction, and a cushion rubber 3 which is attached to tip end projecting from the cylinder 1 of the rod 2 and which is capable of elastically deforming when the shock absorber D is compressed and abuts on cylinder side, the coil spring S is a multi-stage coil spring formed with a closely coiled portion S1 and a coarse coiled portion S2 in an axial direction in series and is formed with inner diameter of the coil of the closely coiled portion S1 uniformly and the cushion rubber 3 is disposed inside the closely coiled portion S1.
