Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock absorber fixture which favorably holds both of a bond stopper and a cushion rubber in axial both sides by a simple structure of a single metal by mounting a fitting metal to a piston rod of the shock absorber.
SOLUTION: This shock absorber fixture 10 is integrally formed by incorporating a fitting plate 24 externally fitting around a piston rod, a first holding cylinder 34 which is projected from the outer circumference of the fitting plate 24 to an axial one side, folded down in the tip, and formed into a double cylinder structure, a second holding cylinder 36 which is formed by projecting the outer circumferential wall folded down in the first holding cylinder 34 to the axial opposite side across the fitting plate 24. The axial ends of a bound stopper 22 and a cushion rubber 18 are fitted in the first holding cylinder 34 and the second holding cylinder 36 so as to be held thereby.
