A shock absorber frame (3) is formed with a pair of upper and lower frames (4, 5) and a partition frame (7). Between the partition frame (7) and first and second follower plates (11, 12), first and second rubber shock absorbers (14, 15) are provided. The lower frame (5) is supported by a lower frame receiving member (20). The upper frame (4) is restrained from moving upward by an upper pressing member (25). At this time, a slide plate (21) is interposed between the lower frame (5) and the lower frame receiving member (20). In the upper frame (4), a steel ball (34) urged upward by a spring (32) is provided. The steel ball (34) constantly comes into contact with a lower surface (26) of the upper frame pressing member (25) with a space (d).
