A projecting part 20 projecting from one of the bar 16 and the guide hole 8a toward the other is formed on the radially opposed portion of the bar 16 and the guide hole 8a. A groove-like hollow part 21 axially guiding the projecting part 20 is formed in the other of the bar 16 and the guide hole 8a.
