To improve a vehicular shock absorber for use in a vehicle.
The shock absorber is mountable via a peaked upper mounting member and a cylindrical lower mounting member; and comprises a rod part which is externally threaded at a tip and is provided at a lower portion with an upper adjusting part where a rotary upper piston adjusts an extension side and the upper piston is adjustable from without via a bar-shaped dependent upper adjusting rod with the use of an adjusting dial, and a cylinder part in which the rod part is vertically inserted and which is externally threaded throughout and is provided in a cylinder with a lower adjusting part where a lower piston can adjust a contraction side and the lower piston is adjustable from without via a bar-shaped dependent lower adjusting rod with the use of an adjusting dial. The rod part and the cylinder part can telescope.
