Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved vibration damping arrangement for an impact machine that can provide a vibration damping effect throughout a wide working frequency range of the machine and that also reduces the risk of sudden disruptions in the vibration damping effect.SOLUTION: A vibration reduction arrangement 140 is attached to a housing 105 and comprises a movable counterweight 150, interacting with a motion reversing arrangement having a non-linear spring characteristics, such that a motion of the counterweight brings counter-acting driving in relation to vibrations in the housing 105 of a hammering element 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3a
