Abstract:
To provide a deployment device of a parachute etc. which enables ejection and deployment of the parachute etc. to be performed more easily and accurately than conventional deployment devices, and to provide an air vehicle including the deployment device.SOLUTION: A deployment device 90 includes an actuator 88 and a parachute or paraglider 86. The actuator 88 includes: a gas generator 84 having a cup shaped case 85 which stores an ignition agent; a piston 81 having a recessed part 82 and a piston head 83 integrally formed with the recessed part 82; and a housing 80 which houses the piston 81, restricts a propulsion direction of the piston 81, and has a cylindrical shape with a closed bottom. The parachute or paraglider 86 is connected to an air vehicle 100 or a device installed at the air vehicle 100 by a string-like member and housed while disposed on the piston head 83. A communication part 51 is formed between an inner wall of the housing 80 and an outer peripheral part of the piston head 83.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
