To provide a shock reducing mechanism capable of lengthening the service life of a mechanism for reducing a shock in the rotational peripheral direction.
This shift shock reducing mechanism part (the shock reducing mechanism) 16 is arranged in a transmission passage of driving force to a propeller shaft part 12 from an intermediate shaft member 143. The shift shock reducing mechanism part 16 includes a sun gear 152 of applying a load in the C direction and the B direction in response to the rotation in the B direction and the C direction of the intermediate shaft member 143, a housing part 161 for receiving the load by the sun gear 152, and a plurality of spring members 162 arranged between the sun gear 152 and the housing part 161 and arranged so as to be capable of reducing the shock by being compressed on the rotational peripheral direction of the propeller shaft part 12 even in any case when the sun gear 152 receives the load in the C direction and when receiving the load in the B direction.
