The shoe insole includes: a shoe insole body (20); an inner heel pad (30); an outer heel pad (40); an inner longitudinal arch pad (50); an outer longitudinal arch pad (60); an inner metatarsal pad (70); an outer metatarsal pad (80); and a side arch pad (90). For a flatfoot to have normal walking, the inner metatarsal pad has a thick inner side face, which is made thinner toward the outer face to form a wedge, with a high foot pressure of the inner metatarsal head shifted outward. The inner longitudinal arch pad has a thick part corresponding to the inner bottom face line of an article of footwear, with the thickness made thinner toward the inner side and the outer side to form a wedge, and with the inner collapsed arch raised. The inner heel pad has a thick inner side face, which is made thinner toward the outer face to form a wedge, with a high foot pressure of the inner heel shifted outward.
