To provide a shoe insole in which the twist of an entire insole or the deformation of a heel part is prevented.
The shoe insole includes: a flexible body having a middle part corresponding to the arch of a foot, a front part corresponding to a portion from the arch of a foot to the toe,a rear part corresponding to a portion from the arch of a foot to the heel; and a reinforcing member secured to the body, and harder than the body. The reinforcing member includes: a first extension part extending from an outer edge on a thenar side of the front part to an outer edge on an outer side of the heel of the rear part; a second extension part extending from an outer edge on a hypothenar side of the front part to the outer edge on the heel side of the rear par, intersecting with the first extension part at the middle part; and a rear connection part extending along the outer edge of the rear part to surround the middle part of the rear part, and connecting an end of the first extension part on a rear part side and an end of the second extension part on a rear part side.
