Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide an effective shank on the sole of a shoe.
SOLUTION: A notch is made at the thickness center of a midsole 2, it is cut open, the peripheral edge part of the cut-open midsole 2 is fixed and an injection part 5 is constituted. A through hole is pierced on the bottom surface of the midsole 2 and made to communicate with the injection part 5, an upper 1 is mounted to a last and a hang-in part 1a in the upper 1 is hung in and fixed to the outer peripheral part of the midsole 2 located on the bottom surface of the last. A mold is abutted to the bottom surface part of the upper 1 and a synthetic resin melt is injected inside the mold. Thus, the sole 3 is molded on the bottom surface of the upper 1 and the shank 6 is molded inside the injection part 5 of the midsole 2.
