Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a shoe sole having excellent stability and antislipperiness against back and forth and lateral movements and more particularly the movements 10 a lateral direction.

CONSTITUTION: Two lines of curvilinear grooves 12a in a longitudinal direction are formed in a treading part 10a of the shoe sole, and further, two lines of curvilinear grooves 16a, 16b in a lateral direction are formed to intersect with these curvilinear grooves 12a in the longitudinal direction. Patterns 18 of a substantially equal direction are formed in the central part of the region held by the curvilinear grooves 12a in the longitudinal direction. These patterns 18 have the antislipperiness in all directions. Two lines of curvilinear grooves 12b in a longitudinal direction are formed in a heel part 10b and the patterns 18 of the substantially equal direction are formed near the central part of the region held by these curvilinear grooves 12b.
