Abstract:
PURPOSE: To securely seal a boundary part to be bonded between a sole main body and a reinforcing member by forming a groove with a specified width while a stepped end face formed at the sole main body and an end surface of the reinforcing member are faced to each other on a bonded plane at a specified interval, and filling a filler mainly formed of liquid urethane prepolymer therein. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing space 4 having a bonding plane 3 is formed between a tip F of a sole main body 1 and a heel main body 11 bonded to a heel part G. In this space 4, a reinforcing member 2 excellent in anti-wear and anti-sliding characteristics is adhered with an adhesive 8 so that a stepped end face 5 and an end face 6 of a reinforcing member 2 face to each other with a groove 7 formed therebetween with a specified distance on a bonded plane 3, and a filler 9 made of a liquid urethane blended material mainly formed of liquid urethane prepolymer excellent in extension/contraction is filled in the groove 7. Accordingly, the close contact binding between the sole main body and the reinforcing member is made sure and unnatural force applied to the bonded part between the end faces of the sole main body and the reinforcing member can be made averagewise and surely absorbed.
