Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply endurance and comfortability by arranging a shoe structure which is provided with a sole structure having a polyurethane filled outsole shell fastened on an upper with a welt.
SOLUTION: A sole 14 is provided with an insole 18 having a rib 44 elongating downward, an outsole shell 20 demarcating a clearance 22 for holding a filling material 24 and a welt 16 for connecting the outsole shell 20 and the insole 18 to an upper 12 and a side part. To assemble this structure, the upper 12 is fitted into a shoes tree to be fastened on the insole by stitching or with a staple. Then, the welt 16 is fastened on an assembly body of the insole 18 and the upper 12 by stitching or with a staple. Then, the filling material 24 is injected into the clearance 22 of the outsole shell 20 and the outsole shell is directly mounted on the upper 12, the insole 18 and a welt assembly by the shell filling material 24. An outsole welt is sewn on the shell 29 on the perimeter of the front circumference of the sole 14. An elongation is performed between a stitching groove 38 of the welt 16 of the stitched part and a stitching groove 58 of the outsole shell 20.
