Title:
SHOE TAKING-OFF IMPLEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001186976
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a shoe taking-off implement for a person having trouble in squatting down or standing up on account of the legs and lower back, or a person capable of hardly standing on one foot for taking off a shoe.

In this implement, a adhesive double-coated tape is attached to an elongate thick rubber plate or synthetic resin plate having grooves capable of easily catching the heel of the shoe. The implement is manufactured as shown in Figure 1 and is bonded to a step part in an entrance or to a plate or the like attached to a bed side, or the elongate thick rubber plate or synthetic resin plate having the grooves is bent and fixed to a cane, a leg of a bed or a leg of a pipe chair, in a ring state. In the case of use of the implement, by catching the heel of the shoe in the implement in a standing state or a sitting state and only slightly pulling his heel, the shoe can be easily taken off.
