Abstract:

CONSTITUTION: A luminescent plastic member 2 is mounted on the peripheral surface of the title shoe 1 and a surface 20 thereof is exposed. Sections 21 of the luminescent plastic member 2 are exposed facing rearward, at both sides 101 of the heel part of the title shoe.
