To make it easy to put the foot in/out of a shoe.SOLUTION: A shoe 1 includes an upper 4 and a tongue piece part 11. The upper 4 includes a foot insertion part 5 and an opening 6. The tongue piece part 11 includes: a body part 12 arranged to include a position corresponding to the opening 6 of the upper 4; and connection parts 13, 13 provided in a middle part in a foot length direction in the body part 12 and for connecting the upper 4 and the body part 12.
