Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe 1 easily ensuring a uniform contact of a sliding contact surface, and manufactuable at low cost.
SOLUTION: This shoe 1 comprises a hemispherical recess part 1C to which a spherical part 5A of a piston 5 is fitted. In the hemispherical recess part 1C, a second sliding contact surface 4 comprised of a spherical recess part protuberating in an annular shape is formed. The second sliding contact surface 4 is in sliding contact with the spherical part 5A of the piston 5. An area of the second sliding contact surface 4 is about 1/3 of that of the original hemispherical recess part 1C, whereby the second sliding contact surface 4 can ensure the uniform contact to the spherical part 5A of the piston 5. Accordingly, by performing forging with a steel used as a member, the shoe 1 can be manufactured.
