PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoehorn provided with a shoe string adjuster which facilitates fastening and loosening string of a shoe with string.SOLUTION: In a shoehorn with a shoe string adjuster, a shoe string adjuster in which a rectangular thin metal member is used, a string winding part having an R-shape tip end in the longer direction is provided, and a bearing part bended in both sides of the transverse direction is provided, is attached to the long axis of the shoehorn, thereby shoe string is fastened and loosened.
