Title:
SHOEMAKING METHOD AND SHOE LAST
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004105492
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To easily and quickly form deformation such as wrinkles in upper parts of shoes.

The habit 23 is fixed to the upper part 12 after sticking the upper part 12 to an insole 15, and afterwards, the shoes 10 are completed by sticking a surface sole 14 to the outside the insole 15. A shoe last 30 is used when forming the deformation 23 in the upper part 12. In this shoe last 30, movable parts 45 are arranged in parts corresponding to a thumb and an ankle joint. This movable part 45 relatively rotatably connects a plurality of last forming bodies 32 (34 to 36), and relatively displaces the respective pattern forming bodies 32 by imitating the movement of a foot of a human being. The deformation 23 is formed in the upper part 12 by inserting the shoe last 30 into the upper part 12 in an attitude approximate to a state of most separating a heel from the ground surface when the human being walks, and the deformation 23 is fixed by impregnating the upper part 12 with water in its state.
