PURPOSE: To manufacture a molded shoes which is lightweight and possesses the superior heat insulation performance and cushion performance and permits and superior taking feeling through the integral formation by charging an intermediate bottom made of the foaming soft synthetic resin between the bottom part of a lining member and the bottom part of an outer decoration member which is molded through the slush molding, etc.

CONSTITUTION: An outer decoration member 1 is integrally molded from the soft synthetic resin material through the slush molding, and a heel part has a recessed part. The outer surface of a lining member 2 installed onto a last 3a is coated with an adhesive, and the outer decoration member 1 is installed onto the last 3a from over the adhesive, and at this time, a space part 4 is formed between the undersurface of the bottom part 7 of the lining member 2 and the upper surface of the bottom part 8 of the outer decoration member 1, and a hole 5 communicating to the space part 4 is formed at the rear part of the heel part of the outer decoration member 1. Then, a foaming soft synthetic resin liquid is injection- poured from an injection cylinder 9 connected with the hole 5, and then said resin is changed to the soft foam, adhering onto the bottom part of the outer decoration member 1 and the bottom part of the lining member 2 in the space part 4, and an intermediate bottom part 6 is formed.
