Title:
SHOES AND MAKING THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3280595
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of making shoes which enables a simpler stitching, of a vamp, an innersole and a wrapping leather and enhances of production efficiency and at the same time, shows adequate pliability and flexing properties to meet whatever foot shape and also high wearing comfortableness.
SOLUTION: The shoes have an innersole 2 provided internally on the bottom face side of a closing 1 and a wrapping leather 3 fitted to the peripheral edge of the closing 1. The closing 1 is made mainly of an appropriate material such as natural hides (tanned hides e.g. cowhides) or synthetic leather. In addition, a leather lining is fitted to the inside, and the innersole 2 is made up of a foamed member 2b with vent holes 2a, 2a... such as sponge laminated on the bottom face side. The wrapping leather 3 is mostly made of the same material as the closing 1 and stitched with the innersole 2 around the edge of the closing 1. Further, the wrapping leather 3 is laminated on the peripheral face of the closing 1 so that the lower end 3a side of the wrapping leather 3 overhangs from the lower end peripheral edge of the closing 1. Under this condition, the closing 1 and the innersole 2 are stitched together all at once and at the same time, an excess part overhanging downward from the closing 1 is bent as such into the bottom face side of the innersole 2 and finally an outer sole is stuck to the bottom face of the innersole 2.
