Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shoes each of which has a vamp made stretchable at a location corresponding to the vicinity of a metatarsus point as a part most vital for the fitting of the shoes and a manufacturing method thereof.
SOLUTION: In each of this shoes, specified parts containing a part corresponding to the metatarsus point on the shank side and on the fibular side at both side end parts of a soft vamp 1 are sewn with specified parts on both sides of an insole 2. The length of the specified parts of the vamp 1 before the sewing are larger than that of the corresponding specified parts of the insole 2. In this case, the specified parts containing a part corresponding to the metatarsus point on the shank side and on the fibular side at both the side end parts shorter than them of the soft vamp 1 are sewn with the specified parts shorter than them of the vamp on both sides of the insole 2 and periphery parts of the vamp 1 and the insole 2 other than the specified parts are joined together by an adhesive. Then. an outsole 3 is mounted.
