Abstract:

To provide a pair of shoes for a snowboard and snowboard bindings for fitting them, which have great mechanical strength, small assembling errors, and high safety, and enable pushing in of the shoes into the bindings with small effort.

A fitting rod 16 and a fitting pin 14E are composed as separate bodies, and only the fitting pin 14E is energized by a coil spring 14I. A lubricity member 19 is formed on a rear face of a sole part 14B, and the fitting rod 16 is mounted on the tip of a support arm 22. A left and a right end parts of the support arm 22 are reinforced using steel support arm reinforcing members 23 each having a sectional shape of a letter U. A recessed part 30F having a shape of an inverted triangle is formed so as to connect with a recessed part 30E having a shape of an inverted triangle of a catch arm 30.
