To improve a venting property insufficient for a shoe with conventional venting property.
This shoe is provided with a structure generating a pumping operation promoting the air ventilation in a shoe sole part corresponding to the treading part of the foot to realize further superior ventilating operation to the conventional one. This shoe is provided with a recess with an approximately fixed depth in the inside of the shoe sole with elasticity at least from the treading part of the front foot side to the arch of the foot, the recess is covered with an elastic sheet having multiple through-holes and multiple projection in its lower surface to form a ventilation chamber, a vent hole communicated from a grounding surface to the ventilation chamber is provided in the arch of the foot, and a space part communicated with the recess part is provided in the arch of the foot between the recess part and the grounding part.
