Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide shoes with which manufacture of inner members is easy and which are highly resistant to breakage and have good waterproofness as the shoes having bag-shaped inner members consisting of waterproof and moisture permeable sheets.
CONSTITUTION: The waterproof and moisture permeable sheet is disposed only forward of the heel part in the base part of the inner member 1 and the heel part is formed as an aperture 5. As a result, the waterproof and moisture permeable sheet is not disposed over the entire part of the base and, therefore, even if the shoes receive iterative flexing motion at the time of walking, the tensile force in the aperture is absorbed and breaking of stitched parts (joined parts) does not arise. The motion of the feet is not restricted by the inner members to make walking easy. The stitching or joining operation is easy and wrinkling does not arise. The amt. of the relatively costly waterproof and moisture permeable sheets to be used is decreased by as much as the aperture, by which the workability is simplified and the manufacturing cost is reduced. Since the heel parts are formed tall, the waterproofness of the shoes is not affected even it the waterproof and moisture permeable sheets do not exist in the heel parts of the bases.
