Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a chain which reliably prevents generation of rust.
CONSTITUTION: An intermediate part in a longitudinal direction of a chain 10 is completely embedded in a resilient body 14, except a part of each of rings 12A at both end parts in a longitudinal direction of the chain. The ring 12A at the end part has approximately a half in a longitudinal direction protruded from the end part of the resilient body 14 and the protruded part is covered with a thin section part 14A extended from the resilient body 14 and isolated from the atmosphere. This constitution eliminates any fear of the chain 10 being rusted, uses uses the chain well suitably for a place exposed to sea water, improves appearance because of no formation of, and prevents pollution of the ocean when the chain is used in an ocean.
