Abstract:
PURPOSE: To more simplify a manufacturing process by arranging an upper central closing member on one of at least two belt members. CONSTITUTION: A closing device consists of three portions, a central closing member 3, the first belt member 4 for holding the closing member 3, and the second belt member 5. The central closing member 3 includes a rotatable closing element 3a and a retracting string 3b, and the retracting string 3b is actuated by the closing element 3a, and a flexible upper portion 1 is closed by the belt members 4, 5 of the two sides. The member 3 is arranged on the upper of the belt member 4, and the belt member 4 is arranged on the outer side of shoes. When the member 3 is closed by the rotation of the closing element 3a, the end portions 7a, 9a of retracting portions 7, 9 are retracted into guiding elements 6 or 8. Thus, the foot of a wearer is surrounded by the uniformed pressure of the upper portion 1.
