Title:
SHOES
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08107803
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent deterioration of the cushioning performance of a shoe, by disposing a cushion body in the sole of the shoe.

CONSTITUTION: A cushion body 5 obtained by sealing a large number of small elastic bodies and gas into a bag body 6 having a nonreturn valve is provided in the heel and/or forepart of a shoe sole. Thus, because the bag body of the cushion body 5 has the nonreturn valve, the leak of the gas inside the bag to the outside can become difficult. Even if it leaks, the small elastic bodies prevent the cushion body 5 from shrinking, thus ensuring sufficient cushioning performance. The hardness characteristic of the cushion body 5 can easily be adjusted by the amount of air that is sealed in.
