A strap-shaped body 11 is sewn, in two lines, on a sheet material 10 such as a fabric, with both ends of the strap-shaped body 11 closed to form handles 12a, 12b, and with the periphery of the sheet material 10 bound with a rubber string 14 or the like to form a bag shape. Then, a snap 1a is engaged with a snap 1b, and so are a snap 2a with a snap 2b, snap 3b with snap 3a, snap 4b with snap 4a, snap 5b with snap 5a, and sap 6b with snap 6a. As a result, it can be brought for shopping with a feeling of carrying a flat shopping bag and, after shopping, it is returned to a bag shape, with articles put in and carried.
