At least the surface part of the shopping bag 1 is made of a polyolefin nonwoven fabric 2. A printed ink layer 13 is disposed on the surface of the nonwoven fabric, and a high-molecular area highly dissolvable in hot water is interposed between the printed ink layer and the nonwoven fabric. The method of recycling the shopping bag made of the nonwoven fabric includes: a step for collecting the used shopping bag; a step for immersion for immersing the collected shopping bag in hot water or alkaline water and removing the printed ink layer with the nonwoven fabric of the shopping bag as the high-molecular area of the shopping bag is dissolved in the hot water or alkaline water at the time; and next, a step for reproducing a new nonwoven fabric shopping bag with the used shopping bag from which the printed ink layer is removed as the raw material.
