To provide a shopping bag, represented by an ecological bag, which can be quickly stored three-dimensionally in a shopping basket while having a function to be easily folded into a small size, and has a structure to directly receive payed matters upon payment and enable the shopper to pull out the bag and all as it is and go back.

An outward foldable upper lid is attached to four side on an upper part of the shopping bag and a resin made openable/closable hinge type bottom plate is fit into a gusset triangle-folded part in the bottom part of the bag to make the bag quickly and sterically stored in a shopping basket by vertical stabilization effect of the bag body. The bag can be easily folded small to a size about a half of the bottom plate because the gusset part of the bag body can be folded into a flat plane by cooperation by simultaneously pulling a stopper string tying the hinge shaft part and the bag body bottom part and a handle of the bag upon carrying the bag.
