Abstract:
PURPOSE: To quickly, surely and safely perform attaching and removing work by fitting a sensor for searching for the position of a lock installed in the upper part of a cover in midway of a connecting cylinder to automatically search for the position of the lock of the cover.
CONSTITUTION: A cylinder device for attaching and removing a cover 6 is mounted on a turntable. In a prescribed position of a connecting cylinder 21 for connecting a screw shaft of the cylinder device and a connecting shaft to whose tip part a hooking metal fitting is fitted, a sensor S2 for searching for the position of a lock 40 in the upper part of the cover 6 is fitted with the angular distance between the sensor and a hooking piece 26 being kept 90°C. A motor is driven to rotate the cylinder device together with the turnable to search for the position of the lock 40 in the upper part of the cover 6 by the sensor S2. After the sensor S2 detects the lock 40 and a prescribed time elapses, the motor is stopped to remove the over 6.
