A user is allowed to preliminarily designated and register the information of merchandise which the user wants to purchase from a user portable terminal 5 to a shopping management device 1. The shopping management device 1 acquired the position information of the user portable terminal 5, and when the user approaches a store which sells the merchandise, the shopping management device 1 guides and notifies the user portable terminal 5 of the information.
