Title:
SHORT STRUCTURAL MAIN PILLAR ERECTING WORK AND SIMPLE JIG THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5927030
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a jig for erecting a short structural main pillar by using a method in which horizontal centering is made by attendant regulating bolts, etc., and the vertical positioning is made by level regulators.

CONSTITUTION: A structure is made up by connecting frames 8 and 8 for upper and lower stages with connecting pillars 9. A parallel beam 10 is set on the counter frame side 8a of the frame 8 and an angle beam 12 screwed with regulating bolts 11 is fixed to the opposite side of the parallel beam 10. The parallel beam 10 is also fixed to the frame piece 8 with bolt stoppers 14 through long holes 13a and 10a adjustable for positioning. Horizontal centering is made by the bolts 11, etc., and the accuracy of vertically is adjusted by a level regulator 18. In erecting a pillar, a tool 7 is set at the heat of a pipe pit 17, leveling is adjusted by the level regulator 18, and centering for plane is made by finely regulating the position of the parallel beam 10 through the long holes 13a and 10a. Afterwards, a combination of follower pillar 16 and a structural main piller 15 is dropped between the parallel beams 10.
