Abstract:
PURPOSE:To shorten working time by collectively processing an operation which does not require the shift and synchronization of an axis in an operation condition decoder. CONSTITUTION:The operation condition decoder 21 is provided for a sequence processing part 5. The M-codes of the setting, resetting and condition of various units which do not require synchronization with the Z-axis of a working program 15 are collectively included in an I6314 code, are outputted from an NC control part 1, are identified in the operation condition decoder 21 of the sequence processing part 5 and are processed in a processing part 19. In the processing, there is no transfer with the NC control part 1 for respective codes and therefore, the processing is considerably speeded up. Thus, the processing time of the M-codes which do not require the shift and synchronization of the axis can be reduced and the working time of an NC device can be shortened.
